中药汤剂治疗心悸病验案举隅

摘要
心悸是心血管科常见病多发病,以心中悸动不宁、心神不安,伴或不伴心律失常为主的一种病症。张景凤从事心血管疾病临床工作40余年,对心悸的治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。张主任认为气阴两虚、气血两虚是心悸病的两种主要病机,治疗分别以益气养阴复脉和益气补血、健脾养心为原则。笔者在跟师学习过程中,见到导师治疗心悸病疗效显著,故整理临床验案2则,以说明其辨证用药特点。
Palpitation is a common cardiovascular disease frequently occurring, mainly in the heart throbbing restlessness, restlessness,with or without new arrhythmia of a disease. Zhang Jingfeng has been engaged in cardiovascular medicine for more than 40 years, and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of palpitations. Director Zhang believes that deficiency of both Qi and Yin and deficiency of both Qi and blood are the two main pathogenesis of palpitation. In the process of studying with the teacher, the author found that the effect of the tutor on palpitation was remarkable, so two clinical cases were checked to illustrate the characteristics of the dialectical drug use.
