新安医籍《医宗金鉴》辨治脱疽概述

摘要
《医宗金鉴》是新安医学十大医家之一、清代乾隆年间太医院判吴谦奉旨编撰的大型中医丛书,本书对各科疾病均有涉及,对脱疽的论治是其特色之一,在病因上尤注重内因,主要责于饮食、房劳、药物三个方面;病机为湿热毒邪积滞,脉络痹阻不通,肢体失养不荣;治疗上提倡内外兼治,按照疾病的发展分三期四型来辨治,即初、中、末三期和湿热下注、热毒炽盛、气血两虚、寒痰凝滞四型,善于用药物内服及艾灸、割治、烫洗外治。
