摘要
教师与学生在教育过程中的"教育者"与"被教育者"的不同角色地位,决定了教师在良好师生关系的构建中起着主导性的作用。教师要构建平等互动、互助和谐的良好师生关系,需要深入地了解和研究学生,寻求师生交流互动的共同语言;努力提高自身素质,占据师生交流互动的制高点;关爱全体学生,树立公平公正的师长形象;发扬教育民主,营造平等和谐的师生关系;主动与学生沟通,善用师生交流互动的策略和技巧;提高法制意识,保护学生的合法权益;加强师德修养,净化师生关系,保持师生关系的纯洁性。
        The different roles between teachers who are educators and students who are educated in the process of education determine that teachers play a leading role in the construction of good teacher-student relationship. In order to build the equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship, teachers need to know more about students so as to seek common language with students, strive to improve their own quality for better communication, as well as care for all students, which is conducive to making a good impression. In addition, teachers should put forward educational democracy, so as to create equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship. Teachers also should actively communicate with students with good strategies. Moreover, teachers should improve their legal awareness and protect students' legitimate rights and interests. Teachers also should strengthen their ethics for maintaining the purity of teacher-student relationship.
