摘要
针对船舶设备编码存在的编码重复、结构不明确、含义与名称不匹配问题,从设备分类编码国家标准、行业标准及用户自定义分类编码对现有设备管理分类编码体系进行分析归纳,对船舶维修保养体系(CWBT)国家标准设备代码的编制规则和代码结构进行分析,指出该代码存在的不同理解方式,以及该代码体系在实际应用需要注意的事项,提出智能船舶设备编码体系建设的一些思考。
Aiming at the problems in the management of ship equipment, such as code duplication, unclear structure and mismatching between meaning and name, etc., the existing equipment management classification and coding system was analyzed and summarized from national standard, industry standard and user-defined code of the equipment classification and coding. The national standard for ship maintenance and repair system(CWBT) was investigated from the programming rules and code structure of the device code; the different understanding methods of the CWBT code were discussed, as well as the matters needing attention in the actual application of the code system. Some thoughts on the construction of the intelligent ship equipment coding system are proposed.
