离子渗氮技术在工程应用中的研究进展

摘要
采用理论、试验、生产实践相结合的方式,对离子渗氮工艺中的表面预变形、表面预氧化、多段快速渗氮、稀土催渗等多种加快渗速手段的原理及其在生产应用过程中需要注意的事项、存在的问题分别进行了阐述,为从事热处理工作的科研人员和生产者提供参考,以便于催渗技术更好地发挥其积极作用,服务于生产。同时,对部分催渗手段现存问题提出了自己的想法,以期和广大热处理工作者共同推动快速离子渗氮的发展。
        By combining theory, experiment and production practice, the principle of the surface predeformation, surface preoxidation, multistage rapid nitriding and rare earth infiltration in ion nitriding process were studied. The matters needing attention in the process of production and application, and the existing problems were expounded respectively. It can provide reference for the researchers and producers engaged in heat treatment, so as to facilitate the infiltration technology to play a better role in the service of production. At the same time, the author put forward his own ideas on the existing problems of some methods promoting nitriding to promote the development of rapid ion nitriding together with the majority of heat treatment workers.
