摘要
基于丙酸睾酮(TP)在鸭肉中富集对人们健康可能造成的危害,本研究探索一种鸭肉中TP残留的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)快速检测方法。对纳米金胶的粒径大小、金胶加入量、含TP的鸭肉提取液加入量、硫酸镁溶液加入量及吸附时间等试验条件进行了优化分析。以1092 cm~(-1)处的特征峰强建立了预测鸭肉中TP残留的标准曲线,得到线性方程为y=178. 43x-42. 24,决定系数(R~2)为0. 9761。预测集样本中TP含量的真实值与预测值之间的R~2为0. 9996,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)为0. 4461 mg/L,样本平均回收率在91%~100%之间。试验结果表明,该研究方法用于鸭肉中的TP残留检测是可行的。
        Owing to the potential harm of testosterone propionate in duck meat to people's health,a novel approach based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy( SERS) was investigated for the rapid detection of testosterone propionate residues in duck meat. The experimental conditions including the particle sizes of Au nanoparticles,the amounts of Au nanoparticles,duck meat containing testosterone propionate and MgSO_4 solution as well as adsorption time were optimized. The calibration curve was plotted according to Raman intensity at 1092 cm~(-1). The linear equation was y = 178. 43 x-42. 24,and the determination coefficient( R~2) was 0. 9761. The R~2 value between actual values and predictive values for prediction samples was 0. 9996,and the root mean square error for prediction( RMSEP)with average recovery of 91% ~ 100% was 0. 4461 mg/L. The experimental results showed that the adopted method in this paper was feasible to detect testosterone propionate residues in duck meat.
