可变径搅拌式锚杆基坑支护施工技术

摘要
通过台州农副产品集配中心基坑支护工程实例,介绍了一种新型的锚杆基坑支护施工技术,该技术对传统锚杆钻头结构形式进行改进,形成一种新型的组合式钻头。在施工中通过调整锚杆的旋转方向来控制锚杆钻头搅拌叶片的大小,从而改变锚杆成孔的直径,最后形成糖葫芦状的水泥圆柱体。通过实践证明,该技术质量可靠,确保了基坑安全稳定,且成本低,值得推广。
For foundation excavation support project of Taizhou agricultural- hub as an example,it introduces a new anchor foundation supporting technology. The technology develops the traditional structure forms of anchor drill to form a new modular drill. In construction,it is by adjusting the rotational direction to control mixing blade size of the drill anchor bolt,so changing the diameter of the anchor into the hole,and the final cement cylinder like candied fruit is formed. Through practice proves that this technology has reliable quality to ensure the foundation excavation security and stability,and low cost,which is worth promoting.
