新时代应用型高校高素质教师队伍建设探究

摘要
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国高等教育规模不断扩大并且进入多类型快速发展时期。新时代下,应用型高校要顺应时代的发展,培养符合社会经济发展需求的各类高技能人才,必须建立高素质的教师队伍,这是应用型高校实现创新发展的基础和关键因素。通过剖析高素质教师队伍的内涵和应用型高校对高素质教师队伍的要求,探索研究了应用型高校建设高素质教师队伍的方法和有效路径。
Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era, the scale of China′s higher education has continuously expanded and entered a period of rapid development in multiple types. In the new era, application-oriented colleges and universities should conform to the development of the times and cultivate high-skilled talents that meet the demand of social and economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a high-quality teaching staff which is the basis and key factor for the development of application-oriented colleges and universities. Through analyzing the connotation and requirements of high-quality teaching staff, this paper explores the methods and effective paths of building a high-quality teaching staff in application-oriented colleges and universities.
