利多卡因外敷在PICC置管中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的研究外敷利卡多因在经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月—2017年6月施行PICC置管的患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者给予生理盐水外敷,观察组患者给予外敷利卡多因。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者的疼痛情况,另外记录一次穿刺成功率和血管痉挛发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者疼痛程度明显减轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,血管痉挛发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利卡多因外敷在PICC置管中能够明显减轻患者疼痛,提高一次穿刺成功率,降低血管痉挛发生率,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of external application of likadoine in PICC catheterization.Methods110 patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given external saline and the patients in the observation group were given topical lidocaine. After treatment,pain was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)method. Futhermore,the incidence of complications and vasospasm were observed and recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had mild,severe and severe pain Significantly elevated,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the success rate of one puncture was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and the incidence of vasospasm was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Likadoine can be significantly relieved of pain in patients with PICC catheterization,improve the success rate of one puncture,and reduce the incidence of vasospasm,which is worth promoting in nursing.
