摘要
研究抗疲劳软胶囊内容物的最佳制备工艺,并评价其抗疲劳功效。根据实验结果,内容物最佳工艺条件为:选择薄荷油与大豆油的复合油作为基质,薄荷油∶大豆油为1∶15;中药浸膏粉与基质的质量比为1∶2;浸膏粉粒度为160目;选择蜂蜡作为助悬剂,其用量为软胶囊内容物的4%;胶体磨在转速2 800 r/min下研磨20 min。该工艺制得的软胶囊内容物的均一性、流动性、黏度及稳定性均较好,所制得的软胶囊质量稳定;动物实验结果表明,各剂量组小鼠力竭游泳时间、肝糖原含量以及乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),并且运动休息60 min后,各剂量组小鼠血清尿素含量显著降低,说明抗疲劳软胶囊能延长小鼠力竭游泳时间、提高肝糖原储存、提高乳酸脱氢酶活性。由此可见,抗疲劳软胶囊具有较好的缓解体力疲劳的功效。
        Optimal preparating process of anti-fatigue soft capsule contents was studied and its anti-fatigue effect was ecaluated. According to the results of the experiment,the optimum conditions for the contents were as follows: the composite oil of peppermint oil and soybean oil was selected as the substrate, the ratio of peppermint oil to soybean oil was 1∶15; the mass ratio of traditional Chinese medicine extract powder to matrix was 1∶2; the particle size of the powder was 160 mesh; the beeswax is selected as the suspending agent, and the amount of the beeswax is 4% of the content of the soft capsule; the colloid mill was ground at a speed of 2 800 r/min for 20 min. The soft capsule contents obtained by the process have good homogeneity, fluidity, viscosity and stability, and the quality on the prepared soft capsules was stable; the animal experiment results showed that in each dose group, the exhaustive swimming time, the content of the liver glycogen of the mice and lactate dehydrogenase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the serum urea content of the mice in each dose group decreased significantly after breaking for 60 mins, indicating that anti-fatigue soft capsule can prolong the exhaustive swimming time, increase liver glycogen storage and improve the activity on lactate dehydrogenase. It can be seen that the anti-fatigue soft capsule has good effect of relieving physical fatigue.
