摘要

物流服务供应链以服务集成商作为导向,借助于现代化信息技术和理念整合服务资源,从而为物流需求方带来智能化、个性化以及集成化服务模式。随着经济全球化进程日渐深入,行业竞争越发激烈,客户需求多样化特征逐渐凸显、社会需求不确定特征逐渐加强,怎样促使供应链各企业能够在新形势中获得发展优势成为了相关学者及企业的主要思考问题。
        Logistics service supply chain are guided by service integrators,and with the help of modern information technologies and concepts,intellectualized,personalized and integrated service modes are brought to logistics demanders. Because the process of economic globalization is deepening day by day,the industry competition is becoming more and more fierce,the diversification characteristics of customer demand are gradually highlighted,and the uncertain characteristics of social demand are gradually strengthened,how to promote the development advantages of supply chain enterprises in the new situation has become the main consideration of relevant scholars and enterprises.
