摘要
目的探讨新疆地区汉族男性血尿酸(SUA)水平与糖、脂代谢指标的相关性。方法收集2016-2017年新疆医科大学第一附属医院风湿科痛风患者203例为痛风组,同期体检中心健康者305例为对照组,6h内采用日立7600全自动分析仪检测SUA、三酰甘油(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)等糖、脂代谢指标,并利用SPSS22.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果痛风组和对照组SUA水平分别为(501.66±8.29)、(355.49±6.81)μmol/L,痛风组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)分别为(1.02±0.02)、(2.63±0.55)、(0.96±0.21)mmol/L,对照组HDL、LDL和apoB分别为(1.33±0.04)、(3.06±0.12)、(0.73±0.24)mmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体质量指数(BMI)和腰臀比在两组人群中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SUA和脂蛋白(a)与痛风的发生呈正相关关系(r=0.553、0.153,P<0.05),而HDL、LDL和apoB与痛风呈负相关(r=-0.495、-0.170、-0.324,P<0.05)。结论汉族痛风患者更易引起脂代谢紊乱,而SUA水平的升高可能是糖、脂代谢紊乱的促进因素或SUA水平与糖、脂代谢紊乱相互影响。
        Objective To explore the correlation of serum uric acid levels with sugar and lipid metabolism in the Han population in Xinjiang.Methods 203 cases of rheumatology gout patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2016 to 2017 were collected,and 305 healthy controls from the physical examination center in the same period were collected.The sugar and lipid metabolism indexes such as serum SUA,TG and TC were detected by Hitachi 7600 automatic analyzer within 6 hours,and SPSS22.0 software was used for data processing and statistical analysis.Results The SUA levels in the gout group and the control group were(501.66±8.29)and(355.49±6.81)μmol/L,respectively.The HDL,LDL and apoB in the gout group were(1.02±0.02),(2.63±0.55),and(0.96±0.21)μmol/L,respectively.The HDL,LDL and apoB in the control group were(1.33±0.04),(3.06±0.12),(0.73±0.24)mmol/L,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).BMI and waist-ratio was also statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between SUA and lipoprotein(a)with gout(r=0.553,0.153,P<0.05),while HDL,LDL and apoB were negatively correlated(r=-0.495,-0.170,-0.324,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gout are more likely to cause disorders of lipid metabolism.Increased blood SUA may be a contributing factor to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism or the interaction between uric acid levels and disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism.
