摘要
目的了解华坪县鼠疫相关宿主动物(鼠类)及媒介昆虫(蚤类)组成和区系特征,探索研究华坪县是否存在动物间鼠疫和自然疫源地。方法 2017年11月采用笼(夹)法捕获小兽,对捕获动物及蚤类进行鉴定,采集动物脏器进行培养,分离鼠疫菌;用间接血凝试验检测鼠疫F1抗原及抗体;采集犬、猫等指示动物血清用正向血凝法和酶联免疫试验法检测鼠疫F1抗体。结果共布放鼠笼(夹)3286个,共捕获鼠类240只,捕获率为7.30%,捡获自死小家鼠2只。242只小兽中,17只染蚤,获蚤26匹,总染蚤率为7.02%,总蚤指数0.11。采集指示动物血样533份(猫血41份,狗血492份),间接血凝试验法结果均为阴性。酶联免疫试验法阳性15份(狗血清),7只活鼠间接血凝试验结果均为阴性。流行病学调查未发现有人间和动物鼠疫流行的证据和迹象。结论与华坪县相邻的攀枝花市仁和区福田镇指示动物血清中检出鼠疫F1抗体,通过流行病学、血清学、动物、媒介分类等综合性分析,华坪县是否存在鼠疫自然疫源地,待今后的鼠疫病防控中进一步调查研究来证实。
        Objective To understand the composition and floristic characteristics of plague-related host animals(rats) and vector insects(scorpions) in Huaping County, and to explore the existence of animal plague and natural foci in Huaping County. Methods In November 2017, the cage was clamped to capture small animals, and the captured animals and mites were identified, animal organs were collected for cultivation and isolates of Yersinia pestis; Indirect hemagglutination test was used to detect plague F1 antigen and antibody; Dogs and cats were collected, the sera of the indicated animals were tested for plague F1 antibody by forward hemagglutination and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results A total of 3,286 squirrel cages(clamps) were placed, and a total of 240 rodents were captured, with a capture rate of 7.30%, and 2 from the dead Mus musculus. Of the 242 small beasts, 17 were stained with sputum and 26 were sputum, the total sputum rate was 7.02% and the total sputum index was 0.11. A total of 533 blood samples(41 cat blood and 492 dog blood) were collected, and the results of indirect hemagglutination test were negative. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was positive for 15(dog serum), and 7 live rats were negative for indirect blood coagulation. Epidemiological investigations have not found evidence and signs of human-to-animal and animal plague epidemics. Conclusion The plague F1 antibody was detected in the serum of the indicator animals in the Futian Township of Renhe District Panzhihua City adjacent to Huaping County, and comprehensive analysis of epidemiology, serology, animal and media classification, whether there is a natural foci of plague in Huaping county further investigation and research will be carried out in the future prevention and control of plague.
