沂南黄瓜地理标志和生产方式研究

摘要
沂南黄瓜是山东省沂南县特产,于2010年获得国家地理标志农产品认证和地理标志证明商标登记。阐述了沂南黄瓜特定的生产地域、独特的产地环境和人文历史及特有的产品品质,并从产地选择、品种选择、生产管理过程、适时采收和分级包装等方面总结出了沂南黄瓜独特的生产方式,旨在最大程度地维护沂南黄瓜的品牌质量,进一步提高沂南黄瓜在全国乃至国际市场上的品牌知名度。
Yinan cucumber is a special product of Yinan County in Shandong Province, which was certified by National Geographic Indications in 2010 and registered as a trademark of geographical indications. In this research, we expounded the specific producing area, unique producing environment, humanistic history and special product quality of Yinan cucumber, and summarized the unique producing mode of Yinan cucumber from the aspects of producing area selection, variety selection, production management process, timely harvesting and graded packing, aiming at maintaining the brand of Yinan cucumber to the greatest extent, and further enhancing the brand awareness of Yinan cucumber in the national and international market.
