张永臣教授针刺配合脐疗治疗卵巢早衰经验浅析

摘要
[目的]介绍张永臣教授针刺配合脐疗治疗卵巢早衰的临床经验。[方法]从病因病机、辨证治疗方面论述张永臣教授对卵巢早衰的认识和从脏腑经络论治的学术观点,总结张永臣教授针刺配合脐疗治疗卵巢早衰的经验,并举案例佐证。[结果]张永臣教授根据古代文献记载并结合临床经验,认为卵巢早衰以肾虚为本,涉及肝、脾。治疗时以补肾健脾、调理冲任为治疗原则,利用针刺配合脐疗治疗卵巢早衰,并且加用刺血疗法以疏通局部气血,标本同治,疗效显著,患者痛苦小且副作用少。[结论]张永臣教授针刺配合脐疗治疗卵巢早衰经验独到,临床效果显著,值得学习和推广。
[Objective]To introduce professor ZHANG Yongchen of umbilical therapy and acupuncture for the treatment of ovarian premature aging of clinical experience. [Methods]ZHANG Yongchen is discussed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation treatment, a professor at the understanding of ovarian premature aging and academic point of view from the differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians, it summarizes professor ZHANG Yongchen of umbilical therapy and acupuncture for the treatment of ovarian premature aging experience, case example is given. [Results] ZHANG Yongchen according to ancient literature and combined with clinical experience, thinks the disease based on kidney empty, involving the liver and spleen.Treatment with kidney and spleen, regulate chongren for therapeutic principles, use of umbilical therapy and acupuncture for the treatment of ovarian premature aging, and added with thorn blood therapy to unclog the local blood, pathogenesis, curative effect is distinct, patients get less pain and less side effects. [Conclusion] ZHANG Yongchen professor experience of ovarian premature aging treatment is original, clinical effect is remarkable, is worth learning.
