新生儿听力筛查方案的研究进展

摘要
新生儿听力筛查可以对先天性听力障碍患儿实现早发现、早确诊,从而最大程度上对患儿进行治疗。新生儿出生3 d时初筛,42 d后进行复筛是目前常用的新生儿听力筛查方案,但是由于我国疆域广阔,各地贫富、医疗差距较大,部分筛查机构根据自身的情况,采用了不同的新生儿听力筛查方案(如院内两步筛查、三阶段筛查等)。目前,听力筛查的方法主要包括耳声发射和听性脑干反应。
Neonatal hearing screening can provide early detection and early diagnosis of congenital hearing impairment,and treat children to the greatest extent. The 3 d screening plus 42 d rescreening is currently mostly used for newborn hearing screening,but due to the vast territory of China,the vast medical gap between the rich and poor,some of the screening institutions adopt different newborn hearing screening programs( such as hospital two step screening,three stage screening) according to their actual situation. The method of hearing screening mainly includes the acoustic emission and auditory brain stem response.
