摘要
在发动机排放试验台上,对一台天然气发动机按照国六排放标准和国五排放标准分别进行了WHTC循环试验和ETC循环试验,进行了气体污染物排放的比较研究。结果表明,WHTC循环条件下,冷启动试验的CH_4和NO_x排放高于热启动试验,NH_3排放低于热启动试验。冷启动试验的CH_4、NO_x排放量占冷+热加权试验结果的比重分别为47.10%和48.92%,与WHTC循环冷启动+热启动试验加权结果相比,ETC循环试验的CH_4和NO_x排放有显著的下降,NH_3排放有一定的增加。
        On the engine emission test bench,a natural gas engine was subjected to the WHTC cycle test and the ETC cycle test according to the CHINA VI and CHINA V Emission Standards respectively,and the comparative study of gaseous pollutants emission was carried out. The results show that the CH_4 and NO_x emissions over the cold WHTC cycle are higher than those over the hot WHTC cycle;however,the cold start emission of NH_3 is lower than the hot start. The CH_4 and NO_x emissions in the cold start test accounted for 47.10% and 48.92% of the cold and hot state weighted test results respectively. Compared with the weighted results of the WHTC cycle from cold and hot start test,for the ETC cycle test a significant decrease in the CH_4 and NO_x emissions occurs and there is a certain increase in NH_3 emissions.
