针刺配合软组织压痛点推拿治疗上肢麻痛患者48例

摘要
目的采用针刺配合软组织压痛点推拿治疗上肢麻痛,观察临床疗效。方法选取门诊92例上肢麻痛患者,随机分为2组,分别行针刺疗法和针刺配合软组织压痛点推拿疗法2组,连续治疗2周后观察疗效。结果对照组44例患者,痊愈10例,显效18例,好转8例,无效8例,总有效率81.82%。治疗组48例,痊愈16例,显效21例,好转9例,无效2例,总有效率95.83%。结论针刺配合软组织压痛点推拿治疗上肢麻痛较针刺有更好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with soft tissue tenderness massage in treating upper extremity pain. Methods 92 cases of upper extremity pain clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups,and were treated with acupuncture and acupuncture combined with soft tissue pain point massage therapy respectively. After continuous treatment of two weeks,the therapeutic effect was compared. Results In the control group of 44 cases,10 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,8 cases improved,8 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 81. 82%. In the treatment group of 48 cases,16 cases were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,9 cases improved,2 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 95. 83%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with soft tissue tenderness massage in treating upper limb pain has better clinical efficacy than acupuncture,and is worthy of clinical application.
