苗族初中生反刍思维在正念与消极情绪间的中介作用:基于Bootstrap法的潜变量建模分析

摘要
应用潜变量建模的方法探讨反刍思维在苗族初中生正念与消极情绪间的内在关系。选用正念注意觉知量表,积极消极情绪量表以及反刍思维量表对920名苗族初中生进行调查。研究结果表明:(1)苗族初中生的正念与消极情绪显著负相关;(2)反刍思维在苗族正念对消极情绪的影响中发挥完全中介作用,其中介效应占总效应的74.5%。因此,苗族初中生的正念通过反刍思维影响个体的消极情绪。
        This study probes into the intrinsic relationship between Miao junior high school students' rumination and their mindfulness or negative emotions, by testing 920 Miao junior high school students based on the latent variable modeling with the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale, and the Ruminative Response Scale. The results show the following:(1) The students' mindfulness had a significantly negative effect on their negative emotions; and(2) their rumination completely mediated between their mindfulness and negative emotions. The study concludes that Miao junior high school students' mindfulness affects their negative emotions through their rumination.
