扶贫小额信贷的问题研究——基于安徽省萧县的调研分析

摘要
扶贫小额信贷对扶贫成效具有杠杆作用,成为我国脱贫攻坚的重要手段。在分析萧县扶贫小额信贷实践探索的基础上,从扶贫小额信贷运行主要环节(前期宣传、政策实施、实施成效)发现一些亟待解决的问题。分析扶贫小额信贷理论与实践出现的偏差及原因,结合安徽省小额信贷扶贫现状提出相应的对策建议。
