带教实习生学好伤寒论的方法

摘要
目的《伤寒论》创立了中医辨证论治的理论体系,它是一部公认的经典巨著,古今名医对其推崇备至,因此带教实习生学好《伤寒论》的意义重大。方法笔者认为关键因素有三:一是以身作则,着重医德和专业思想的培养;二是加强训练,强调对经典条文的背诵和领会;三是方证对应,注重临床疗效和技能的提高。结果通过有目的的带教,能够激发学生学习中医经典著作的兴趣,逐步提高其诊疗技能。结论《伤寒论》为中医师掌握临床技能的一项必备本领,高校教师对《伤寒论》的学习应引起足够的重视。
Objective The Treatise on Febrile Diseases has established the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. It is a recognized classic work, which is highly praised by famous doctors in ancient and modern times. Therefore, it is of great significance to teach interns how to learn Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Methods The author believes that there are three key factors: firstly, to set an example, focusing on the cultivation of medical ethics and professional thinking, secondly, to strengthen training, emphasizing the recitation and understanding of classical provisions, thirdly, to correspond to prescriptions and syndromes,focusing on the improvement of clinical efficacy and skills. Results Through purposeful teaching, students' interest in learning classical works of traditional Chinese medicine can be stimulated, and their diagnostic and therapeutic skills can be gradually improved. Conclusion Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a necessary skill for TCM doctors to master clinical skills. College teachers should pay enough attention to the study of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
