摘要
建立了液压式蛇形簧联轴器及某机型减速器输出轴和键式蛇形簧联轴器及某机型减速器输出轴的Solidworks三维模型,利用Solidworks仿真模块对这2种结构进行动力学分析(模态分析、谐响应分析),得到这2种结构的固有频率以及在正弦激振力作用下的减速器输出轴的应力、应变、位移曲线图,得出液压式蛇形簧联轴器对外界载荷的抗振、减振及稳定性效果优于键式蛇形簧联轴器,能够延长机器的使用寿命。
Establish the Solidworks 3 d model of hydraulic serpentine spring coupling and crusher reducer output shaft and key serpentine spring coupling and crusher reducer output shaft,dynamic analysis on modal,harmonic response of these two structures using the simulation module in the Solidworks software, get the inherent frequency of these two structures and the action of stress, strain and displacement curve of the gear reducer output shaft under the sinusoidal vibration force, it is concluded that hydraulic serpentine spring coupling is better than the key serpentine spring coupling on anti vibration and stability of the external load effect, extending the service life of the machine.
