关于地质科技成果转化问题的思考

摘要
我国地质科技成果丰富,在经济社会发展中发挥了重要作用,但和科技强国目标相比,尚有较大差距。在地质科技成果转化方面,面临成果转化的高风险性、认定边界模糊不清、地质科研立项与实际需求脱节、地质科技成果与市场需求结合不够紧密、地质科技人员创新的激励机制不到位、地质科技成果转化绩效评价体系缺失诸多困难和问题,需要通过加强制度建设、加强产学研合作、开展成果转化绩效评价等方式,大力推进地质科技成果转化,更好地发挥地质工作在经济社会发展中的科学探索、资源保障、环境保护和技术支撑等作用。
China's geological science and technology achievements are rich and play an important role in economic and social development.However,compared with the target of scientific and technological power,there is still a big gap.In the transformation of geological scientific and technological achievements,the high risk of the transformation of achievements,the blurring of the identification boundary,the disjointing of the geological research project and the actual demand,the lack of combination of the geological scientific and technological achievements and the market demand are not close enough,and the incentive mechanism of the innovation of the geological science and technology personnel is not in place.With the lack of many difficulties and problems in the performance evaluation system of the transformation of geological scientific and technological achievements,it is necessary to promote the transformation of the achievements of geological science and technology through strengthening the system construction,strengthening the cooperation of production,study and research,and carrying out the performance evaluation of achievements transformation,so as to give full play to the scientific exploration and resource protection of the geological work in the economic and social development.
