摘要
针对传统冷藏车用双温区制冷系统运行时冷冻温区的温度受冷藏温区影响而产生较大波动的问题,通过对系统的运行特性进行试验研究,在原有温控逻辑基础上提出改进方案并对其进行试验验证。试验结果表明,通过适当限制冷藏温区的运行时间,使冷冻温区的蒸发器获得一定制冷剂流量,冷冻温区温度波动变小,载货后温度恢复时间更短,有效协调了2个温区的温度控制。
According to the issue of the large temperature fluctuation of freezing temperature zone caused by the refrigeration temperature zone of the refrigeration system with double-temperature zones for traditional refrigerated truck,the operation characteristics of system are studied by experiments. Based on the original temperature control logic,the improved method is put forward and verified by tests. The experiment results show that through restricting the running time of refrigeration temperature zone properly,the evaporator for freezing temperature zone obtains certain refrigerant flow. Therefore,the temperature fluctuation in the freezing zone decreases,and the cooling speed accelerates,which effectively coordinate the temperature control of these two temperature zones.
