摘要
目的探讨社区人群不同TSH水平及血脂之间的相关性。方法选自2013年5月至6月在乌鲁木齐某社区甲状腺疾病流行病学调查资料,资料完整的1185例列入本研究(男/女:364/821,年龄:18~84岁,平均年龄:43.3±12.9岁),根据本实验室甲状腺功能检测的TSH正常参考范围将其分为四组:低于正常范围、正常范围、高于正常范围但小于10.0μIU/mL、TSH大于10μIU/mL;分析不同程度TSH水平对血脂的影响,并分析相关性。采用单因素方差分析、t检验、Pearson相关分析进行统计学分析。结果①按不同程度TSH水平分组后,其中TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均随着TSH水平增高呈上升趋势。②在控制年龄、性别后按不同程度TSH水平分组,在正常TSH范围内,TSH与TG(r=0.091,P=0.007)呈正相关。TSH大于10μIU/mL组,TSH与TC(r=0.417,P=0.025)和TG(r=0.668,P<0.001)呈正相关。结论TSH在正常范围内TSH与TG呈正相关,TSH大于10μIU/mL,TSH与TC及TG呈不同程度的正相关。
Objective Exploring the correlation between different TSH levels and blood lipids in community population.Methods The selected data from epidemiological survey of thyroid diseases in a community in Urumqi from May to June,2013 was used for the study.1185 cases with complete data were included in the study(male/female:364/821),aged 18-84 years(average Age:43.3±12.9 years).According to the normal reference range of thyroid function test in our laboratory,TSH was divided into four groups:TSH was lower than the normal range;TSH normal range;TSH was higher than the normal range but less than 10.0 μIU/mL,TSH was greater than 10μIU/m.The effects of different levels of TSH on blood lipids were analyzed and correlations were evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed by one-way analysis of variance,t-test,and Pearson correlation analysis.Results①After grouping according to different levels of TSH,the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C increased with the increase of TSH level.②After controlling age and gender,cases were grouped according to different levels of TSH.In the normal TSH range,TSH was positively correlated with TG(r=0.091,P=0.007).For TSH greater than 10 μIU/mL group,TSH was positively correlated with TC(r=0.417,P=0.025)and TG(r=0.668,P<0.001).Conclusion TSH is positively correlated with TG in the normal range.When TSH is greater than 10 μIU/mL,it positively correlated with TC and TG with different degrees.
