摘要
以大花序桉茎段芽诱导后的继代增殖苗为材料,探讨最适壮苗、生根培养基及炼苗移栽技术。采用正交设计试验,获得其最佳的生根培养基配方为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.6 mg·L~(-1)+IAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1),生根率可达86.9%以上,且主根发达,侧根较多,枝叶长势较好。采用不同方式炼苗试验和不同移栽基质移栽试验表明,闭瓶锻炼3 d或6 d,开瓶锻炼6 d,其炼苗成活率最高,达到95%以上;加入钾肥等混合基质的花土(T_3)作为移栽基质,其移栽成活率最高,达96%以上,且木质化程度高,生长健壮。
In this paper,the rapid reproduction system of Eucalyptus cloeziana successive seedling induced by the stem segments was established by growing seedlings and rooting culture.Through the screening of the rooting medium of Eucalyptus cloeziana,the optimum rooting medium was obtained by orthogonal design experiment,and the formula was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.6 mg·L~(-1)+IAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1),the root rate can reach more than 86.9% after proper adjustment of the culture medium formula,and the main root is developed,the lateral root is more.The foliage grows better.The results showed that the maximum survival rate of the seedlings was above 95%.By means of different methods of seedling test and different transplanted matrix transplant test,3 days or 6 days of closed-bottle exercise and 6 days of open-bottle exercise were obtained.Soil for growing flowers with mixed matrix of potassium fertilizer as transplanting matrix(T_3),the survival rate of the transplant was 96% or more,the degree of lignification was high,and the growth was strong.
