摘要
本科教学过程中,存在学生积极性不高,教师教学管理能力不足,教学方法不当,院系教学管理、学校教学理念不合理等现象,导致课堂氛围不活跃、教学质量不佳等问题。本文针对以上问题进行原因分析,以提高课堂活跃度,提升教学质量为目的,提出推动教学工作健康发展的对策。
During undergraduate teaching, there are some negative phenomenon, such as lack of study enthusiasm of student, ineffectiveness in teaching management and inappropriate methods of teachers, irrational teaching management of schools and teaching concepts of universities, and so on, which leads to a few problems such as inactive atmosphere in class and poor teaching quality. In this paper, the analysis for the above problems has been performed, in order to achieve the clues of improvement of classroom activity and teaching quality, and the solutions for promoting the healthy development of teaching work has been proposed.
