摘要
针对当前方法多层级供应链寻优耗时较长的问题,提出基于遗传算法的多层级供应链均衡优化方法。为了提高多层级供应链的均衡效果,利用节点企业的生产量和库存量等条件建立多层级供应链数学模型,将经销商的库存、产品库存以及原材料库存相结合,组成多层级供应链的决策变量,并根据决策变量获取基因组成的染色体,对染色体编码,阐述基因的表示形式,分析多层级供应链初始种群的产生方式和决策变量在交叉时基因的完整性,设置最大进化迭代次数,种群的进化迭代次数达到目标时,可求得数学模型的解,并获取可以使供应链均衡优化具有灵敏度的灵活性系数,实现了供应链均衡优化。实验结果表明,提出方法的供应链寻优耗时较短,验证了供应链均衡优化的时效性,并且均衡优化过程中具有较高的灵敏度,具有较高的实际应用性。
        Due to long time consumption of multi-level supply chain optimization, a method of equilibrium optimization for multi-level supply chain based on genetic algorithm was proposed. In order to improve the equilibrium effect of multi-level supply chain, the production and inventory of node enterprises were used to build the mathematical model of multi-level supply chain. After that, dealer inventory, product inventory and raw material inventory were combined to form the decision variables of multilevel supply chain. According to decision variables, the chromosomes composed of genes were obtained. Then, chromosomes were encoded, and the expression form of the gene was expounded. In addition, the generated mode of multi-level supply chain initial population and gene integrity of decision variables in the crossing were analyzed. And then, the maximum number of evolutionary iterations was set. When the number of evolutionary iterations of population reached the goal, the solution of mathematical model could be obtained. Meanwhile, the flexibility coefficient which made the supply chain equilibrium optimization sensitive was obtained. Thus, the supply chain equilibrium optimization was achieved. Simulation results show that the proposed method takes less time to optimize the supply chain, and the timeliness of supply chain equilibrium optimization is verified. In the process of equilibrium optimization, this method has higher sensitivity and practical application.
