摘要
薏苡是传统药食兼用经济作物,具有极高的营养价值和药用价值。薏苡原产地为东南亚的热带或亚热带地区,而中国西南部是薏苡属植物的起源、演化和迁移的初生中心之一。薏苡在中国南北各地均有种植,由于地理环境、气候及栽培条件的差异,使中国蕴藏着丰富多样的薏苡资源,但对薏苡种质资源的研究水平还比较低。中国经多年调查和收集薏苡种质资源至今,目前共收集到五百多份资源,由于薏苡属于小杂粮,对其研究不够重视,在薏苡种质资源的收集、整理、保存和育种等方面做得很少。由于各种繁多的项目开发,野生及水生野薏苡资源的原生地破坏也相当严重,所以,薏苡资源的保护已十分必要与紧迫。本综述通过对薏苡种质资源收集、保存与创新利用进行了系统的概括和归纳,简要评述了薏苡种质资源研究中存在的问题并展望其应用前景,以期为促进薏苡种质资源的收集和利用提供参考。
        Coix lacryma-jobi is a traditional cash crop for both medicine and food, which has very high nutritional value and medicinal value. The origin of Coix lacryma-jobii is the tropical or subtropical regions of Southeast Asia,while southwestern China is one of the primary centers for the origin, evolution and migration of Coix lacryma.There are many Coix lacryma-jobi resources in north and south of China. Because of the differences in geographical environment, climate and cultivation conditions, there are abundant and diverse Coix lacryma-jobi resources in China. However, the research level of Coix lacryma-jobi germplasm resources is still relatively low. Up to now,more than 500 Coix lacryma-jobi germplasm resources have been collected in China after years of investigation and collection. Since Coix lacryma-jobi is small grain, little attention has been paid to its research, and little has been done in the collection, collation, preservation and breeding of Coix lacryma-jobi germplasm resources.Furthermore, as a result of various projects, the destruction of the original land of wild and aquatic wild Coix lacryma-jobi resources is quite serious, so the protection of Coix lacryma-jobi resources is very necessary and urgent. This paper systematically summarized the collection, preservation and innovative utilization of germplasm resources of C. lacryma, briefly reviewed the problems and prospected its application prospect, hoping to provide a reference to promote the collection and utilization of C. lacryma germplasm resources.
