基于舰员级维修能力框架,加强舰员级维修保障培训

摘要
舰员级维修是装备维修三级作业体系中最经济、最有效、最直接的保障手段,更是海上伴随保障的基础力量、基本力量和突击力量。它是确保舰员"平时能自修,战时能自救"的前提和基础。在归纳了我军舰员级维修现状的同时,针对性地分析了舰员级维修保障培训的现实需求及存在的问题,并在基于舰员级维修能力框架分析的基础上,提出了加强舰员级维修保障培训的对策建议。
The crew-level maintenance capability construction is the most economical,most effective and direct safeguard means in the three-level operation system of equipment maintenance.It is also the essential force,basic strength and assault force of the maritime maintenance.It ensures that the crews "carry out essential maintenance in peacetime and save themselves in wartime." This paper summarizes the current status of warship maintenance,and analyzes the practical needs and existing problems of the crew-level maintenance and support training.Based on the analysis of the crew-level maintenance capability framework,this paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening the maintenance training of the proposed countermeasures.
