如何加强煤炭生产运输需求的平衡

摘要
在现阶段煤炭行业发展的过程中,由于其受到一系列条件的制约而每况愈下。基于促进煤炭能源发展更加安全和稳定,就要认识到煤炭行业与其他有关行业的紧密联系,还要采取相应的措施,以使中国的煤炭行业发展趋于稳定。基于此,本文从生产运输需求的关系出发,对煤炭行业的格局进行了初步的阐述,而后分析了三者不和谐的原因,最后着重探讨了如何加强三者平衡的有效措施。
At this stage, in the process of the coal industry development, the coal industry is getting worse and worse due to a series of constraints. In order to promote the development of coal energy to be safer and more stable, it is necessary to recognize the close ties between the coal industry and other related industries and take corresponding measures, so as to stabilize the development of coal industry in China. Based on this,starting from the relationship between production and transportation demand, this paper preliminarily expounds the pattern of the coal industry, then analyzes the reasons for the disharmony among them, and finally emphatically probes into effective measures to strengthen the balance between them.
