河舟码头学说与热病统寒温新探索

摘要
寒温论争是中医学术史上久争未果的重要领域,严重影响中医对传染病的诊治几百年。探索寒温统一,不仅是医学研究的一项历史使命,也是当下指导诊治感染性、传染性疾病的紧迫任务。很多医家意识到寒温争论的不利影响,继续下去必将阻碍中医临床思维的发展,非常渴望寒温统一。但如何统一,学说众多,不容易达成共识,此前也没有找到可以统一的路径。通过研究曹东义教授提出的"河舟码头"学说,探索寒温争论的统一基础,通过建立热病统寒温的分级诊治体系,逐步实现热病诊治的新模式。
The debate between school of febrile diseases and school of warm diseases is an important field in the history of Chinese medicine,which has seriously affected the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases by Chinese medicine for hundreds of years. Exploring the unification of these two schools is not only a historical mission of medical research,but also an urgent task for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of infectious and communicable diseases. Many medical practitioners are aware of the adverse effects of the febrile-warm debate that if continue,it will hinder the development of clinical thinking of Chinese medicine,so they are very eager for the unification of the two schools. However,how to unify is still a problem,since there are so many doctrines that it is not easy to reach a consensus,and no path has been found before. This paper studies the"Hezhou Matou theory"put forward by Professor Cao Dongyi,explores the unified basis for the two schools,and gradually realizes the new mode of diagnosis and treatment of heat diseases by establishing a grading diagnosis and treatment system of heat diseases unified by school of febrile diseases and school of warm diseases.
