沙盘游戏治疗案例教学在临床带教中的效果调查

摘要
目的调查沙盘游戏治疗案例教学在临床应用心理学实习生带教中的效果及评价。方法选择2016年1月—2018年5月应用心理学专业36名实习生为研究对象,采用沙盘游戏治疗案例带教学生,与2014年1月—2015年12月的采用传统教学模式带教的应用心理学实习生36名作对照研究。结束后,就教学效果对学生进行出科成绩考核、沙盘游戏治疗案例教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果实验组实习生三项技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组实习生对教学满意度为91.67%,对照组为72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏治疗案例教学能够引导心理学实习生建立临床思维,激发学习兴趣,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。
Objective To investigate the effect and evaluation of sand table game therapy case teaching in the teaching of clinical applied psychology interns. Methods From January 2016 to May 2018, 36 interns from the applied psychology major were selected as subjects, the students were taught with sand table game therapy cases, and 36 interns from the applied psychology major taught by the traditional teaching mode from January 2014 to December 2015 were used as a comparative study. After the end, the students will conduct a questionnaire survey on the afterdepartment examination results and the satisfaction of the teaching of the sand table game therapy case. Results The performance of the three skills of the interns in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The internship satisfaction of teaching of the experimental group was91.67% and that of the control group was 72.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sand table game therapy case teaching can guide psychology interns to establish clinical thinking,stimulate interest in learning, and improve ability to analyze and solve problems.
