我国社区居民健康档案的建设现状与对策研究

摘要
我国医疗卫生体制改革正处于迅猛发展中,居民健康档案建立与管理工作是其中一项重要的工作内容。以社区为单位的居民健康档案建设与管理工作,在政府和民众的努力下不断改进完善,但仍然面临一些问题。文章以我国社区居民健康档案的建立与管理工作为研究对象,探讨我国社区居民健康档案的建设与管理工作中所取得的成果和现存问题。
China's medical and health system reform is undergoing rapid development. The establishment and management of residents' health records is one of the important work contents. The community-based construction and management of residents' health records has been continuously improved and improved under the efforts of the government and the public, but still faces some problems. The paper takes the establishment and management of the health records of community residents in China as the research object, and discusses the achievements and existing problems in the construction and management of the health records of community residents in China.
