不孕不育女性心理韧性和社会支持现状及其相关性分析

摘要
目的:探讨不孕不育女性的心理韧性和社会支持现状以及分析其相关性。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月我妇科收治的200例不孕不育的患者作为研究组,另选取同一时期就诊的78例健康志愿者作为对照组。运用一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持量表(SSRS),调查两组研究对象的心理韧性及其所得到社会支持现状并分析两者相关性。结果:①不孕不育妇女心理韧性各维度得分及总分与对照组健康志愿者得分相比偏低,且差异具有统计学意义(t=4.69,10.40,4.34,11.12;P<0.05)。社会支持各维度得分与对照组健康志愿者得分相比偏低,且差异具有统计学意义(t=10.67,0.74,7.45,11.37;P<0.05);②不孕不育妇女心理韧性在年龄、婚姻状况、是否为生育后不育、文化程度以及不孕不育时间均具有统计学意义(t=3.16,3.51,4.20,F=3.69,35.26;P<0.05);社会支持在文化程度、婚姻状况以及不孕不育时间均具有统计学意义(F=19.72,33.85,t=2.62;P<0.01));③相关性分析显示,心理韧性总分以及各维度与社会支持总分以及各维度之间呈正相关(r=0.482,P<0.05)。结论:不孕不育患者的心理韧性与社会支持得分均低于健康志愿者,且受到婚姻状况等个人因素的影响。
Objective:To investigate the psychological resilience and social support status of infertile women and analyze their correlation.Methods:A total of 200 patients with infertility treated in gynecology department from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as study group,and another 78 healthy volunteers from the same period were selected as control group.The general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the psychological resilience and social support status,and to analyze the correlation between the two groups.Results:The scores of each dimension of psychological resilience of infertile women were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=4.69,10.40,4.34,11.12;P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of social support were was lower than those of healthy volunteers in control group(t=10.67,7.45,11.37;P<0.05).The psychological resilience of infertile women was statistically significant in terms of age,marital status,infertility after birth,education,time of infertility(t=3.16,3.51,4.20,F=3.69,35.26;P<0.05).Social support was statistically significant in terms of education,marital status and time of infertility(F=19.72,33.85,t=2.62;P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of psychological resilience and each dimension score were positively correlated with the total score of social support and each dimension score(r=0.482,P<0.05).Conclusion:The scores of psychological resilience and social support in infertile patients are lower than those of healthy volunteers,and they are affected by personal factors such as marital status.Therefore,it is recommended that in the intervention process for infertile women,in addition to the patients' own conditions,helping patients gain more social support can improve the psychological resilience and establish patients treatment confidence so as to achieve the purpose of treating infertility.
