学术论文写作与发表的几个问题

摘要
在高校,写作、发表学术论文几乎是每位专业人员毕生都要做好的基本功课。学术论文是反映科学研究成果的一种重要载体,学术性是学术论文与其他议论文体的根本区别。写好学术论文,准确理解和把握学术论文的学术性及基本特点是前提。学术论文学术性是指论文体现出的对某一学科问题研究有创造、有新见、有价值的特性。学术论文具有学科性、创新性、科学性三个特点。选择研究课题和论文题目,必须站到学术研究的前沿,坚持选题的价值性和可行性两大原则。写作论文则必须有扎实的学术史知识,并及时了解和掌握本学科本领域科研的最新进展和动态趋势。要善于发掘和积累有价值的研究资料,既注重资料搜集的全面、系统,又要特别重视搜集新资料和第一手资料。要养成怀疑、批判精神,勇于进行学术讨论和争鸣,努力学习、掌握写作商榷性论文的方法。发表学术论文,应注意正确处理与编辑的关系,对编辑多一分信任和理解。要注意研究、了解期刊办刊宗旨、内容特色及不同风格,选择适合的期刊投稿;要了解、掌握编辑的专业特长、兴趣爱好等信息,做好与编辑的沟通与交流;要以严谨扎实、一丝不苟的态度对待科研,精心打磨好自己的论文。
Academic paper writing and publishing is a basic lifelong work for almost every professional in colleges and universities. Academic paper is an important carrier for reflecting scientific research achievements, and technicality is the fundamental difference between it and other argumentative writings. The accurate understanding and grasping of the technicality and basic characteristics of academic papers is a premise for successful academic paper writing. Technicality is a characteristic academic papers reflecting in its creation, innovation and value as to a subject problem. Academic papers have three characteristics:disciplinarity, innovativeness and scientificalness. When selecting the topic of a research subject or a paper,stand at the forefront of academic research and insist on the topic selection principle of value and feasibility.Have a solid knowledge of academic history, and timely understand and master the latest progress and dynamic trends of the field. Be good at excavating and accumulating valuable research materials, and pay attention to a comprehensive, systematic and first-hand material collection. Develop a skeptical, critical spirit, have the courage to carry out academic discussion and contention, and strive to learn and master the method of discussion paper writing. When publishing a paper, deal with the relationship with editors correctly, and have more trust and understanding to editors. Study and understand the purpose, characteristic of contents, and different styles of periodicals, and select a suitable one. Understand and master the editors 'expertise and hobbies, and do a good job of communication with them. Conduct scientific research in a rigorous, solid and meticulous manner, and polish the paper carefully.
