新时代学术期刊青年编辑素养探析

摘要
21世纪是科学技术迅猛发展的时代,信息化和互联网+是其主要特征,信息传播的内容、方式方法都发生了前所未有的变化。作为新时代的青年编辑,不仅要具有高度的政治责任感,严把文稿的政治质量关;更要熟练掌握计算机应用技能和网络技能;增强创新意识和服务意识;注重专业学科知识和编辑知识的积累和更新,不断扩大知识面,做到既专又博;不断增强自身的综合素质,为学术期刊事业的健康持续发展,奉献智慧和力量。
The 21 stcentury is an age of rapid progress in science and technology,information and Internet plus are its main characteristics,the content and methods of information dissemination have undergone unprecedented changes. As young editors in the new era,they should not only have a high sense of political responsibility,but also strictly observe the political quality of the draft manuscripts. What's more,they should become acquainted with the computer application technology and network skills,enhance the consciousness of innovation and service,attach greater importance to the accumulation and update of the professional knowledge and editing knowledge,constantly expand their scope of knowledge,so as to be both professional and knowledgeable,continuously enhance their comprehensive quality and contribute their wisdom and strength to the healthy and sustainable development of the academic journals.
