关于学术期刊专栏建设的一点思考——以《唐都学刊》“汉唐研究”为例

摘要
办好特色栏目,是提高学术期刊尤其是综合性学术期刊学术水平和影响力的有效途径。《唐都学刊》"汉唐研究"专栏已开办二十余年,推出了一大批高水平学术论作,在学术界产生了广泛影响。要进一步提高这一专栏的学术水平,其一应在栏目的策划设计上再做深化、细分,可采用"栏目+问题或专题"的形式,从零散研究向形成系统成果深入。其二在栏目的编辑上应再强化问题意识,注重主动组织开展学术问题的讨论与争鸣。其三是在作者队伍上应在重视专家名人的同时,注意把眼光投向有潜力的中青年学者,尤其要更加积极地组发博士、博士后群体的论作。其四是办好学术期刊及其专栏,关键在于多组发高水平的学术论文;没有一定数量的高水平学术论作,创办高水平的专栏、期刊就无从说起。
Excellent feature columns are an effective way to improve the academic level and the influence of academic journals,especially comprehensive ones. The "Research on the Han and Tang Dynasties Column"in Tangdu Journal has been open for more than 20 years,and a large number of high-level academic writings have been published,having exerted a profound influence in the academic circle. To further improve the academic level of this column,the following suggestions are put forward. Firstly,the column planning and design should be further deepened and subdivided,the form of "Column and Questions/Topics"could be adopted to shift from unsystematic researches to systematic achievements. Secondly,in the column editing,the problem consciousness should be further strengthened and the discussion and contention of academic problems should be focused on. Thirdly,as for the author team,priority should be given to the experts and celebrities as well as to the potential young and middle-aged scholars,especially to those who are pursuing doctoral,and postdoctoral degrees. Fourthly,to run academic journals and their columns well,the key lies in the publication of more high-level academic papers,without a certain number of high-level academic papers,it is impossible to establish high-level columns and journals.
