S省八所地市高校院校研究现状与对策分析——基于八校2008—2018CNKI期刊论文的分析与研究

摘要
院校研究在国内高校管理、治理中的作用日渐明显。通过对S省八所地市高校教职人员发表院校研究论文相关数据的分析,揭示各校在院校研究方面存在着论文数量有限、质量不高、院校研究和工作实践脱节、顶层设计匮乏等现实问题,较为客观地反映了S省八所地市高校在自身院校研究方面存在的明显不足。建议从增强观念意识、纳入干部考核内容、营造院校研究氛围、发挥相关机构职能、完善鼓励机制体制等方面强化地市高校的院校研究和实践。
The role of institution research in the management and governance of universities in China is becoming increasingly evident.Through the analysis of relevant data of research papers published by university faculty members in the eight provinces and cities of S Province,it is revealed that there are a limited number of papers,quality is not high,the research and work practices of the institutions are out of line,the top-level design defects and other practical issues more objectively reflect the obvious deficiencies in the research of colleges and universities in eight prefectures in S Province.It is suggested to strengthen the research and practice of colleges and universities in prefecture-level cities from the aspects of enhancing awareness,cadre assessment,creating atmosphere in schools,giving play to relevant institutional functions,and establishing and improving the incentive mechanism system.
