摘要
发育毒性是在畸胎学发展基础上发展起来的毒理学分支,包括了传统"三致"毒性中的"致畸"作用。斑马鱼、体外全胚胎、干细胞等研究工具和荧光原位杂交技术、组学技术等先进研究技术是近年来药物发育毒性研究的新方法和新技术,推动了发育毒性的发展。既往中药发育毒性被忽略,随着中药毒性在全球范围内的关注,中药发育毒性逐渐受到重视,将成为中药现代化的重要研究方面之一。
        Developmental toxicity is a toxicological branch of the developed teratology, including the teratogenicity of the traditional three toxicities. Zebrafish, in vitro whole embryos, stem cells and other research tools and fluorescence in situ hybridization technology, omics technology and other advanced technology are widely applied in the research of developmental toxicity in recent years, which have promoted the development of developmental toxicity. However, in the past, the developmental toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine has been neglected. With the global attention of Chinese medicine toxicity, the developmental toxicity of Chinese medicine has been paid more attention to and will become an important part of the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine.
