外源GA_3和ABA处理条件下‘兰州百合’鳞茎内源激素的变化

摘要
【目的】研究外源激素赤霉素(GA_3)与脱落酸(ABA)处理对休眠解除过程中兰州百合鳞茎内源激素的变化规律.【方法】以百合品种‘兰百1号’为试验材料,采取外源GA_3与ABA浸泡处理百合种球12h,测定在2℃贮藏条件下,兰州百合鳞茎内源激素的含量.【结果】在打破休眠过程中,外源GA_3处理的百合鳞茎内源GA_3、ABA、IAA与ZR含量及比值变化的速率加快、提前达到最值,且百合鳞茎萌发时间提前15d;ABA处理结果正好相反,变化速率变缓、延缓到达最值,且百合鳞茎萌发时间推迟20d.【结论】根据相关分析结果初步判定,‘兰州百合’打破休眠主要受内源GA_3和ABA的调控,可能还与两者的比值有关.外源GA_3会促进‘兰州百合’休眠的解除,外源ABA则会抑制休眠解除,二者均可通过使与休眠相关的内源激素变化来调控休眠进程.
        【Objective】To study the changes of endogenous hormones in lily bulbs during the dormancy release by exogenous hormones GA_3 and abscisic acid(ABA).【Method】With Liliumvariety ‘Lanbai No.1' as experimental material,exogenous GA_3 and ABA were used to treat the lily bulbs,and the changes of endogenous hormone content in the bulb during dormancy release were determined.【Result】The GA_3 treatment increased the content of GA_3,ABA,IAA and ZR and the ratio of GA_3,and reached the peak value in advance,and the germination time of bulb rose 15 days ahead of time.The rate of change slowed down,the delay reached the maximum value,and the bulb germination time was postponed for 20 days.【Conclusion】Based on the results of correlation analysis,it is suggested that the dormancy release of lily bulbs is mainly regulated by endogenous GA_3 and ABA.Exogenous GA_3 promotes the release of dormancy of lily and exogenous ABA inhibits it.Both of them can regulate the dormancy process by changing the endogenous hormones associated with dormancy.
