<正>随着生活质量的提高,医疗技术的革新,以及部分国家人口生育率的大幅下降,世界范围内的人口老龄化正在不断加剧[1]。超过60岁的成人中,10%～20%存在与骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)有关的问题,OA影响了超过5.25千万的人口,占总人口的22.7%[2]。Deshpande等[3]的研究显示,有膝OA症状的患者中,有一半以上小于65岁,并且预计在长达
