摘要
作为适应经济转型发展的产物,新零售产业学院承担着重要的责任和使命。文章在分析产教融合背景下新零售产业学院建设前因基础上,阐述了新零售产业学院建设之具体实践及成效,包括形成政、校、企多元主体"共投、共建、共育、共享"的格局,实现产业链、教育链、人才链、创新链的深度融合,实现协同实践教学建设、协同育人、协同培养应用型师资队伍的效用。结合实践,提出需深入探索的问题及对策建议。
        As a product of adapting to the economic transformation and development,New Retail Industry College undertakes an important responsibility and mission. This paper analyses the reasons for the construction of the New Retail Industry College under the background of the integration of industry and education. This paper expounds the concrete practice and results of the construction of the New Retail Industry College,including the formation of the pattern of " co-investment,co-construction,co-education and sharing" among the pluralistic subjects of government,school and enterprise,the deep integration of industry chain,education chain,talent chain and innovation chain,the realization of the effectiveness of the construction of collaborative practice teaching,collaborative education and collaborative training of applied teachers. The problems and countermeasures that need to be explored in practice are also discussed..
