摘要
压电材料已被广泛用于振动能量采集。传统2自由度(2-DOF)压电能量采集器可以在低频范围内实现多个固有频率,但能量采集效率需要提高。为了提高压电能量采集效率,提出一种新型冲击增强型2-DOF波纹梁压电能量采集器。对所提出的能量采集器进行频域分析和时域的随机振动分析,结果表明,所提出的2-DOF波纹梁采集器的末端最大位移比普通的2-DOF波纹梁采集器的最大位移高0.9mm。并且所提出的2-DOF波纹梁采集器的峰值电能比普通的2-DOF波纹梁采集器高2.59×10-5J。这意味着所提出的两自由度波纹梁采集器可以获得比普通2-DOF波纹梁采集器更高的电能。
        Piezoelectric materials have been extensively applied for vibration energy harvesting.Traditional2-DOF piezoelectric energy harvester can achieve multiple natural frequencies in low frequency range,but the energy harvesting efficiency still can be improved.A novel 2-DOF corrugated piezoelectric ener-gy harvester is proposed to improve the piezoelectric energy harvesting efficiency.This paper presentsfrequency domain analysis and time domain random vibration analysis on the proposed energy harvester.The result shows that the maximum displacement of the proposed 2-DOF corrugated harvester is 0.9 mm higher than normal 2-DOF harvester.And the maximum electric energy of proposed 2-DOF corru-gated harvester is 2.59×10-5 J higher than normal 2-DOF corrugated harvester,which means the pro-posed 2-DOF harvester can achieve higher piezoelectric energy than normal 2-DOF corrugated harvester.
