自我管理教育对煤工尘肺患者自我管理能力及肺功能的影响观察

摘要
目的:探究自我管理教育对煤工尘肺患者自我管理能力及肺功能的影响。方法:选择煤工尘肺患者共有52例,时间段为2015年1月20日～2017年1月20日,对所有患者均进行自我管理教育,包括对多个方面进行管理,分析管理前后的自我护理能力、肺功能情况。结果:干预后所有患者的自护能力各维度评分均明显提高,P<0.05;肺功能获得了明显的改善,P<0.05。结论:对煤工尘肺患者给予自我管理教育干预措施,便于进一步提高自我管理能力,有效改善肺功能,值得采纳。
Objective: To explore the effect of self-management education on self-management ability and lung function of coal worker pneumoconiosis patients. Methods: A total of 52 patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis was selected from January 20~(th) 2015 to January 20~(th) 2017. All patients underwent self-managed education, including multiple aspects of management, and self-care ability and lung function before and after management were analyzed. Results: After intervention, all patients' self-care ability scores were significantly improved in all dimensions, P<0.05, and lung function was significantly improved, P<0.05. Conclusion: self-management education intervention measures are given to coal worker pneumoconiosis patients to further improve their self-management ability and lung function, which is worth adopting.
