摘要
全面梳理了广东工业大学"十二五"期间在节约型校园节能监管体系建设过程中的实践和经验,如整体建设思路、重点推进的节能项目等,总结并反思其中存在的问题(如尚未建立有效的节能工作长效机制等),在此基础上提出了强化节能监管平台的作用、建立完善能源管理体系等解决思路和建议,为其他学校的节约型校园建设迈向绿色校园建设提供相应的参考。
This paper comprehensively and systematically combs the practice and thoughts on the construction of conservation-oriented campus in G uangdong University of Technology during the "12th Five-Year Plan"period,such as overall construction idea and key energy-saving projects. The problem existed in the construction of the energy conservation supervision system is summarized and reflected,such as an effective long-term mechanism for energy conservation is not established. And the corresponding solutions and suggestions for the conservation-oriented campus construction such as strengthening the role of energy conservation monitoring platform and establishing the energy management system are also provided as a reference to other universities.
