摘要
目的观察以问题为向导的教学法(PBL)在院内专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取57例院内专科护士为研究对象,实验组29例(2016年7月-2017年7月)运用PBL教学法,对照组28例(2015年7月-2016年6月)运用以授课为向导的教学法(LBL),比较两组护士的培训效果。结果实验组理论成绩、操作成绩高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组的培训满意度均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学法能够提高院内专科护士的培训效果,提高护士对培训的满意度。
        Objective To observe the effect of problem-oriented teaching method(PBL) in the training of hospital-specific nurses. Methods 57 cases of in-hospital specialist nurses were divided into two groups. 29 cases were in the experimental group(July 2016 to July 2017)with PBL teaching method, and 28 cases were in the control group(July 2015 to June 2016) with the instruction method of instruction(LBL), the training effect of the two groups of nurses was compared. Results The theoretical scores, operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05). The training satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method can improve the training effect of the hospital special nurses and improve the nurses' satisfaction with the training.
