体位护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中的作用

摘要
目的探究体位护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中的作用。方法选取本院2016年6月～2018年12月期间治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿92例,其中46例接受常规护理,为对照组;另外46例在常规护理的基础上,给予体位护理,为观察组。比较分析两组的血氧饱和度(SpO2)、机械通气时间、住院时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组机械通气时间和住院时间短于对照组,其VAP发生率小于对照组,血氧饱和度和护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征治疗中采用体位护理有利于提高其临床疗效,改善血氧饱和度,降低VAP发生率,缩短康复时间,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore the role of postural nursing in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Ninety-two cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected, of which 46 cases received routine nursing as the control group, and 46 cases received postural nursing as the observation group on the basis of routine nursing. SpO_2, mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time, incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP) and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of VAP was lower than that of the control group, and the oxygen saturation and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Posture nursing in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is conducive to improving its clinical efficacy, improving oxygen saturation, reducing the incidence of VAP, shortening the recovery time, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
