摘要

汪受传教授认为小儿反复呼吸道感染的主要病机为肺卫不固、营卫不和,当以补肺固表、调和营卫为治疗大法。感染间歇期是扶正固本的关键期,自拟金屏汤,并改良剂型,制成糖浆,应用于临床,收效良好。
        Professor WANG Shouchuan holds that the major disease mechanism of children with recurrent respiratory infection is insecurity of the lung and defensive qi,disharmony between nutrient and defensive qi,and therefore the major treatment should be tonifying the lung and defensive qi,harmonizing nutrient qi and defensive qi. The intermission is the key period for reinforce the healthy qi and consolidate the root,and therefore Jinping Decoction was invented. This formula is developed into syrup for clinical application with good effect.
