大鼠心肌细胞的分离培养

摘要
<正>在利用分子生物学技术来研究心脏生理学方面,培养心肌细胞正在成为一个日益重要的技术[1-5]。急性分离的心肌细胞无法显示基因表达的变化,因此,培养心肌细胞是必要的。成熟心肌细胞通过闰盘和细胞外基质紧密连接,因此很难分离。直到1976年,分离心室心肌细胞的技术才被报道[6]。随着分子生物学和细胞生物学的发展,细胞水平的研究口益受到重视,对心肌细胞分离培养要求也越来越严格,本文对近年来心肌细胞分离培养作一综述,现报告如下。
